If an item is on backorder it will take up to 4weeks to dispatch. Delivery times – Unless otherwise specified on the product page, all items will normally ship within one business day of receipt of your order. If you live in Australia, you can expect your order to arrive within 1-5 business days. If the item is on back order, you can expect a longer delivery time of 4 weeks+ (please check the dispatch note on the product page for details). Delivery charges – We offer FREE standard shipping for purchases over $150 within Australia. There is also an option to choose express post at a cost of $15.00 if less than 5kg, or $23.00 for multiple items/heavy packages. Where an item is particularly large, or difficult to ship, there may be an additional cost incurred. International Delivery –  will incur $22.00 delivery costs for orders less than 5kg, $49 for heavier packages. This will be added at the check out.

If the item you wish to return is faulty, we will require photo proof of the faulty item to provide you with a stamped, self-addressed post pack in which to return it. Once the faulty item is received, you will be offered a full refund or store credit, whichever you prefer. Any refunds will be made to the same credit card account, which was used for the initial purchase. We will need you to provide these details to us as they are not retained in our system *Items that cannot be exchanged or refunded for change of mind include: gift vouchers, made-to-order products. All items being returned must be in original condition and packaging and not be affected by being used in an abnormal way, or reduced in value by delay on your part. If for any reason a product you have ordered is not available or out of stock, we will also refund you via your original payment method or offer you a store credit to the same value, and in this case any shipping costs incurred will be refunded. **Astor + Tyne gift vouchers are valid for 12months and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. All returned items that were paid for with an Astor and Tyne gift voucher will be refunded as a store credit for you to use against a future purchase. If you return an item paid by both gift card and credit card, you will be refunded on your credit card up to the amount of your initial card payment and the remaining amount will be refunded as store credit.

You can return or exchange any item, for any reason, within 30days of receipt. If you change your mind on a purchased item, you will be given a store credit to the same value once the item has been received by us, and any shipping costs incurred by you will not be refunded.
